Location: Brandon, SD
Shifts: 8-12 hour shifts

A growing local manufacturer is hiring for multiple Indoor Construction Assembly positions! If you’re reliable, hands-on, and looking to grow with a stable company that values its team members, this could be the opportunity for you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent attendance and dependability
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions
• Flexible and open to working on a variety of tasks

Essential Functions:

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Install fiberglass insulation in wall assemblies
• Use hand and power tools such as nail guns, caulking guns, and lag guns
• Assist with trimming, tarring, and screening of structures
• Lay floor tile and perform other general construction or assembly work
• Read and follow blueprints (experience is a plus)

Preferred Experience:

• Background in manufacturing, construction, or assembly work a plus
• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift
• Frequently bend, crouch, twist, and climb ladders
• Lift and carry up to 70 lbs regular
