Job Overview

SnapDragon Associates is partnering with a nationally recognized cabinetry manufacturer to identify a driven Independent Sales Representative to cover the Austin, Houston and San Antonio, TX markets. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a high-demand, design-forward product line and help drive territory expansion across a well-established dealer and distributor network.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cabinetry, kitchen & bath, or building materials, and thrives in an independent, entrepreneurial role with flexibility for frequent travel and a focus on long-term relationship building.


Territory Coverage:

Houston, San Antonio, and surrounding areas
(Travel 3 days per week with overnights required)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth across the Houston and San Antonio markets by prospecting, onboarding, and managing dealer and showroom accounts

  • Conduct in-person meetings and site visits with clients and prospects regularly (minimum 3 days/week)

  • Deliver compelling product presentations, training sessions, and technical education

  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities

  • Collaborate with inside sales and customer service teams to ensure top-tier client support

  • Provide market feedback to drive continuous product and service improvements


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sales experience in cabinetry, millwork, kitchen & bath, or related building materials

  • Established dealer/distributor relationships in the Houston/San Antonio region (strongly preferred)

  • Ability to travel independently with a consistent weekly schedule

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

  • CRM or sales pipeline experience preferred

  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong desire to grow a territory and personal income
