This firm excels in providing advisory services for monetizing Puerto Rico tax credits, securing grant funding under Act 60, and offering strategic investment support.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and advise on financial incentives available under Act No. 60-2019, including tax credits and grant funding.
- Develop strategies for non-dilutive capital structuring and specialized financing to support client growth and expansion in Puerto Rico.
- Work closely with business owners to understand their operational and financial needs, providing tailored incentives advice.
- Ensure clients' compliance with the financial incentives, including application processes and ongoing requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate incentive strategies into broader financial and operational plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, supplemented by relevant professional experience.
- Deep understanding of Puerto Rico's economic landscape and the financial incentives available under Act 60.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Effective communication skills, conveying complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential, given the local context of operations.
