Client Summary:

- Own end-to-end recruiting for APPs, RNs, and MAs and occasional corporate hires, from sourcing to offer close.
- Maintain a strong, proactive pipeline of clinical candidates in line with pod expansion forecasts.
- Build and refine our recruitment playbooks, marketing plan, outreach messaging, and interview processes.
- Coordinate closely with clinical leadership to deeply understand the candidate competencies, cardiology background requirements, and cultural attributes needed for success in our model.
- Manage physician interview loops for APP candidates and ensure a seamless, white-glove candidate experience.
- Track recruitment funnel metrics and hiring velocity; report regularly to the CEO.
- Maintain clean, structured, and audit-ready HR records, contracts, and personnel documentation.
- Manage and update performance tracking against core KPIs ensuring we have real-time visibility into team performance.
- Own HR administration work, including payroll, state unemployment insurance account setup, PEO onboarding of new employees, etc.
- Support the CEO and clinical leadership in preparing for performance reviews and quarterly bonus calculations and discussions
- Coordinate operational onboarding workflows for new staff working closely with implementation partners.
- Help refine and maintain internal SOPs, culture documentation, and people processes as we scale.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 2–5+ years of experience in clinical recruiting (NP, RN, MA, or specialty clinical roles strongly preferred).
- Hungry, ambitious, and energized by fast-paced, high-ownership work in an early-stage company.
- Deeply organized with exceptional attention to detail; able to keep systems clean and build structure from scratch.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leaders, clinicians, and the CEO.
- Strong analytical instincts: you enjoy working in spreadsheets, tracking performance metrics, and driving clarity.
- A natural relationship-builder who delivers an outstanding candidate experience.
