Attorney - In House Counsel : Our client in Northwest Atlanta has an immediate opening for a strong litigator. This is an in-house opportunity for a company with operations all across North America. Candidates must have stellar education credentials including a J.D. from a top tier law school and a stable work history to include 5 to 8 years experience practicing law with an emphasis on litigation of commercial matters and contract disputes. In addition, candidates must have solid experience in general corporate law and be able to act as a "corporate generalist" on a wide variety of day to day business matters.
