Prepare and maintain the paperwork associated with the shipment of goods.

You will create and obtain approval for orders, document cost data and invoices.

As shipments come and go, you will manage warehouse inventory levels to ensure that space is used effectively and efficiently.

You will liaise with cross functional teams to coordinate the delivery of goods

Responsibilities but not limited to:

* Create Third Party Invoices for services performed on our customer s behalf

* Handle email and portal tickets correspondence with internal and external customers

* Maintain and monitor customs related issues

* Ensure EDI is transmitted to the terminal and proper releases are in place

* Monitor cargo to ensure timely movement inland

* Monitor and reconcile discharge reports against import loads

* Monitor overdue containers and send notices to our customers

* Liaison between the terminals and our internal and external customers

* Update container routes as needed
