🔹 Team Supervisor – Virtual Teller Services 🔹

A results-driven leadership role overseeing a team of virtual tellers and float staff to ensure exceptional service delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory guidelines. This position plays a key role in coaching, mentoring, and developing staff while supporting daily operations and driving performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage a team of virtual tellers, including scheduling, daily oversight, and performance monitoring.

  • Support Team Success by providing guidance, resolving complex transactions, performing overrides, and approving exceptions.

  • Coach and Develop Talent through training, ongoing feedback, performance reviews, and career development planning.

  • Ensure Compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, proactively addressing any discrepancies.

  • Contribute to Daily Operations by processing member transactions when needed to ensure seamless service.

  • Drive Member Engagement by identifying cross-sell opportunities and ensuring all interactions are professional, confidential, and member-focused.

  • Maintain Reporting & Communication with leadership on key operational updates and process improvement recommendations.

  • Uphold Operational Controls by enforcing dual control procedures and promoting a secure transaction environment.
