Novacoast Staffing is currently assisting a customer in finding an ITSM/ ITIL expert for a remote contract opportunity. This role is for an enterprise-sized environment and requires a background in ITIL Leadership with ServiceNow experience. Remedy experience is a huge plus!
The contract is expected to last 9 months with a pay rate between $70-$80 an hour.
