ITAL Manager (Talent Recruitment)

Our client, a leading company in the BPO industry globally and locally, is looking for a ITAL Manager for their dominican site, to supervise the implementation and standardization of the talent integration process for the accomplishment of company objectives through the Selection and Recruitment Coordinators, and to se an open communication with Operations, Training and Staffing to effectively achieve company growth objectives.

This person will report to the ITAL Director MXD, ITAL Senior Manager, COD or COO, and should have excellent english. Also, it will be required a 50% travel availability, therefore US visa is a must.

Position Summary

  • The ITAL Manager will supervise day-to-day management of a designated ITAL city team for the achievement of internal department’s metrics as well as keeping internal and external client’s satisfaction regarding the agent Recruitment & Selection process.
  • Scope: Responsible to comply with objective in the assigned city.NRS REGION

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

  • Report ITAL results to Direct Supervisor.
  • Report information and advise on change management initiatives and enhancements to existing R&S programs.
  • Control execution of BEST R&S program.
  • Negotiate with the department of Planning and WFM to determine hiring capacity and seasonality.
  • Propose and execute yearly ITAL local budget.
  • Control the efficiency of the ITAL process, staff ratio and recruitment expenses.
  • Participate in the weekly performance one on one with ITAL Director or Senior ITAL Manager.
  • Participate in the weekly ITAL Regional and/or local Management call.
  • Lead weekly performance one on one with Recruitment and Selection Coordinators
  • Report monthly results report to ITAL Director or ITAL Senior Manager.
    Supervise the ITAL process, from the candidate’s recruitment up to their product training start date.
  • Control the achievement of all ITAL KPIs such as but not limited to: FIR, CPH, NHP, Sourcing, Recruitment E-Sat and New Hire Success.
  • Launch recruitment & selection process for a hiring requirement per ‘Employment Requisition Form’ or “ERF” received, as per BEST process.
  • Coordinate compensation delivery according to ITAL performance model for ITAL coordinators, specialists, telerecruiters, and analysts
  • Participate in the agent salary portion of the pricing process for potential clients.
  • Perform a consultative, problem-solving support for challenging staffing needs while providing insights on market trends, salaries, and strategies.
  • Collect and report local information for monthly Business Intelligence report prepared by R&S Business Intelligence and execute improvement actions based on it.
  • Participate in the monthly ITAL results meeting and execute the needed improvement actions.
  • Propose recruitment and selection best-practices to ITAL Senior Manager or ITAL Director depending on local findings.
  • Supervises correct functioning and use of R&S Systems.
  • In the absence of a Recruiting Coordinator, the ITAL Manager will perform this role.
  • Achieve BEST R&S process certification.

MAIN JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education and specific Training

It is preferred for the ITAL Manager to have a bachelor Degree in Administration or a related area, at least have some advanced studies in College or experience that could compensate lack of it. Including and not limited to: math skills, good excel skills, management experience

Work experience

  • 2 It is highly recommended to have a strong previous experience in all the full recruitment and selection life cycle so it can be a support and will be able to make decisions according to the industry needs and circumstances.
  • Prior management experience with the ability to lead a team of recruiters.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years in administration, human resources, call center management, performance management and/or recruitment and selection
