This is a new and unique addiction and mental health treatment facility that caters specifically to Native Americans. Our program utilizes evidence-based treatment, delivered in a culturally appropriate environment, in order to provide a holistic and nurturing healing experience for an underserved population. Our approach includes a treatment plan tailored to each patient’s individual needs and our staff is very hands on in our patient's recovery process.

Position Summary

We are looking for motivated individuals to provide IT support support to our facilities and the patient housing. We are seeking an IT Technician to provide on-site staff support on all company-supported applications; troubleshoot computer problems and determine source; advise on appropriate action, and follow escalation processes.

Responsibilities

  • Answer staff questions in person and via phone on all company supported application
  • Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.)
  • Administer email and basic software database management
  • Serve as liaison between staff and the technology engineering department to resolve issues
  • Provide recommendations on company and client application purchased
  • Document resolutions for future reference within FAQ documentation.
  • Work one-on-one with Staff/Clients on application projects.
  • Advise staff on appropriate action.
  • Troubleshoot computer problems.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Experience and an understanding of Native American culture, values, and traditions is a plus
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License
  • Experience with Windows File Server/ Office 365
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with multi-function printers
  • File sharing and TEAMS Administration
