Provides technical support to the CEC Team for CEC IT systems.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Initial troubleshooting and detailed documentation of reported issue.
  • Active Directory profile issue needs and basis troubleshooting.
  • User adding and updating to CEC systems.
  • Basic troubleshooting of LANs, WANs, VoIP, and WLANs.
  • Device Installations.
  • Device Swap and refreshes.
  • Basic Office 365 account issues.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Group CNPS - >70
  • No Open Service tickets older than 30 days.
  • Maintain Certifications necessary to maintain desired partner level.




  1. 0 - 1+ years of IT experience, Associates degree a plus.
  2. Experience with, Microsoft Office 365 and backup/recovery solutions.
  3. Basic knowledge of LANs, WANs, and WLANs.
  4. Basic knowledge of Network Security.
  5. Basic knowledge of VoIP Systems.
  6. Must have a valid driver’s license.

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
  • Although most work is performed inside, occasional outside activities are subject to seasonal temperature fluctuations.
