  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or similar
  • 2-5 years experience in providing level 1 - 2 IT Support
  • Ability to effectively use MS Office Programs
  • Previous experience managing and processing inquiries on a ticketing software like jira.
  • Past exposure to setting up servers, computers and other organizational devices
  • Strong technical knowledge, particularly in the areas of manufacturing and assembly preferred

  • Installing and configuring hardware and software components
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Repairing or replacing damaged hardware
  • Upgrading systems to enable software compatibility
  • Installing and upgrading anti-virus software and security systems to ensure network security
  • Performing tests and evaluations on software and hardware
  • Offering information and support to users
  • Maintaining relationships with different employees and departments
  • Communicate with clients to diagnose technical issues
  • Provide step-by-step instructions to fix technological issues
  • Provide backup solutions whenever necessary
  • Provide training sessions for new hardware or software products
  • Access instruction manuals to help users utilize their software or hardware properly
  • Keep detailed logs of client problems, solutions, and customer satisfaction
  • Provide instructions in simple terms
  • Work together with other Technical Support Specialists to find solutions to more complex issues.
