OBJECTIVE:

Provides advanced technical support for the CEC Team and CEC IT systems as well as some customer responsibilities as needed.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Advanced Active Directory maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Advanced Wireless and Wired network troubleshooting.
  • Advanced Office 365 Administration and troubleshooting.
  • Server Installation, Maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Hyperconverged technology responsibilities.
  • Software installations and troubleshooting.
  • Network security.
  • Leadership role on the internal IT team.
  • After Hours Support Rotation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

POSITION RESULTS DESCRIPTION

  • Group CNPS - >70
  • No open Service tickets older than 30 days.
  • Maintain or gain Certifications necessary to maintain desired partner level.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

None

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. 2 - 3+ years of IT experience, 4-year degree in IT preferred.
  2. Experience with, Microsoft Office 365, understanding of Hyperconverged technology, and backup/recovery preferred
  3. Three certifications from internal IT Certification list.
  4. Advanced Knowledge of LANs, WANs, and WLANs.
  5. Advanced Knowledge of Network Security.
  6. Advanced Knowledge of VoIP Systems.
  7. Must have a valid driver’s license.
