Overview

In this role, you will remotely manage the installation of new products, support the network administration for clients as well as provide technical support to internal and external clients.

Location: Greater Philadelphia

In This Role You Will:

  • Manage IT activities for the company's product line
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Engineering to assist with I/T issues, innovations, and Installations
  • Manage user accounts and system configurations across a variety of platforms

Ideal Skills/Knowledge:

  • BA/BS of Science in an IT field or relevant experience
  • 3 + years of experience with Linux/Unix
  • Experience in troubleshooting IT-related issues remotely
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to occasionally travel
