Job Description:

Technical Recruiter is responsible for all recruiting activities for both internal roles and external client placements. This includes all activities from cradle to grave including, but not limited to, sourcing candidates and maintaining a talent pipeline, scheduling and conducting interviews and negotiating offers. The ideal candidate will be someone who is can own the process, who can work independently, quickly and accurately, and who is energetic, analytical and detail oriented.

Responsibilities.

  • Build and maintain existing placement accounts relationships
  • Identify and seize opportunities and have full responsibility for the placement process
  • Sourcing, interview, screen, check references and conduct background investigations on -- candidates of all levels of skills and experience
  • Post and manage recruitment ads
  • Manage all functions (both internal and external) of a full desk Recruiter
  • Entering and maintain employee records utilizing internal database
  • Complete new hire paperwork for all new hires
  • Conduct client specific orientation sessions for new hires
  • Mentor and coach employees on performance/attendance
  • Lead the implementation of HR strategies and appropriate company culture internally
  • Manage and coordinate recruitments activities and perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned

Professional Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years professional experience. Preferable experience in: HR, recruiting, marketing, or business development.
  • Knowledge or past experience in IT consulting and IT staffing a plu.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment, Microsoft office suite including Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Applicant Management software
  • Experience working with Vendor Management Systems and quick turn around on client requirements
  • Analytical and organized with strong oral and writing communications skills
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Some work can be completed remotely so telecommuting candidates are welcome
  • Experience developing and documenting standards and procedure
  • Associate's degree or higher equivalent in HR, marketing, science, liberal arts, law or relevant fields

  • Must possess an analytical mind and strong organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Proven ability to work independently

Other Requirements:

  • This position is located in Mequon, WI but can performed 100% remotely
  • The position is currently part-time (about 10-20 hours a week), but there is potential for full-time.
