Job Description

IT Systems Analyst (Jacksonville, FL)

Position Summary: The IT Systems Analyst analyzes and optimizes Microsoft technology issues, opportunities, applications, and architecture. The IT Systems Analyst troubleshoots and resolves IT Support Requests and Tickets related to operational and management activities, financial and accounting activities, and executive needs for the company. The IT Systems Analyst provides 1st and 2nd Tier IT Support and develops technology solutions to support and enhance the corporate technology architecture.

Job Summary:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides Tier 2 IT Support for Microsoft Technology Stack, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Active Directory, Entra, and SQL Server
  • Performs Root Cause Analysis and documentation of all major issues
  • Writes Code using Microsoft Development Platforms to resolve IT issues and enhance technology solutions
  • Develops and supports Power BI Reports, Power Apps Applications, and Power Automate Flows for the sales, inventory, finance, budgeting, operations, and executive departments
  • Creates Power BI reports and dashboards to support executive and departmental functions
  • Serves as backup for Tier 1 Support to manage incoming IT Tickets
  • Works closely with the business to ensure all solutions satisfy business requirements and are fully tested and validated by the business for deployment
  • Leverages existing Microsoft Security protocols for security and data management
  • Utilizes SQL Server tools and skills for troubleshooting and to support Reports and Apps
  • Designs Reporting around existing AD

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: (examples below)

  • 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft technologies, including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, AD, Entra, and SQL Server
  • 3-5 years of experience with SQL database programming language
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting Microsoft technology in IT Support role
  • Willing to jump in and learn new systems, technologies, and processes
  • Ability to manage time independently
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements/Working Environment:

  • This position is primarily a sedentary position that works in a climate-controlled setting.

Travel: Minimal travel based on Project needs (Located in Jacksonville, FL)

Hybrid: 3 Days In-Office
