IT Support

Salary: $50,000 - $65,000

Duties:

  • Respond to internal support tickets and IT inquiries in a timely, professional manner
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues for desktop and mobile users
  • Assist with user account setups, workstation configurations, and equipment deployment
  • Support legal software tools (e.g., Soluno, NetDocs, ACL, Lawyer Done Deal, etc)
  • Log and track issues through the helpdesk system; escalate as needed
  • Maintain IT inventory and update documentation as required
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive data

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of IT support/helpdesk experience in a law firm
  • Strong knowledge of Windows systems, networking, and troubleshooting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Clear, friendly, and effective communication
  • Degree or certification in IT or related field (Microsoft, etc.) is an asset
  • Familiarity with legal software such as Soluno, Lawyer Done Deal, Unity, NetDocs, ACL, is preferred but not required.
