Apollo Technical is in need of a person with MSP experience with 95% of the work performed from our clients office in Plano.

You will have the occasional need for onsite (supervised) deployment work.

Their hours are 8-5 M-F with some on-call work (we offset with comp time).

This is a Temp To Hire Opportunity
Attributes:
  • Prompt and personable: We require all techs to be quickly responsive to clients and tickets. That goes hand-in-hand with being prompt to work.
  • Ability to diagnose desktop and some server issues remotely via our RMM.
  • A Team player but able to work without micro-management.
  • Ticket detailed: quick to triage, document actions, update time and close tickets. This is a critical metric for us.
Skillsets:
  • Microsoft 365 platform administration necessary
  • Security experience which encompasses:
    • Desktop/server antivirus
    • Security best practices
    • MFA setup/support
    • Initial breach analysis
    • Password changes
    • VPN configuration
  • Desktop/Laptop issue remediation via RMM
  • New computer setup to documented standards
Other skillsets as a plus:
  • Microsoft 365 Zero-Trust deployment
  • VoIP (we have hosted VoIP solution) which includes
    • Phone configuration
    • Call Routing changes
    • QoS settings
    • VoIP diagnostics
  • Firewall/Router deployment/changes/diagnostics
  • Enterprise switch/routing including VLANs
  • Antivirus Deployment (Vipre a plus)
  • Experience with our RMM (Managed Workplace)
  • Backup deployment/maintenance including Synology C3 and StorageCraft
  • Microsoft Windows Server 2012 to present: diagnostics/support
  • Legal Line-of-business applications
