We are looking for an IT Software Tech Lead to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend systems using technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
• Architect and implement robust APIs and microservices to support enterprise-level applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Mentor and guide software engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Drive code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high standards of software quality and performance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance system architecture and development processes.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide strategic solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend technologies.
• Proficiency in Java, .NET, Python, and mobile development (iOS and Android).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system integration.
• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams and delivering complex projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
