Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, such as systems engineering, computational sciences, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technical systems management, with a strong emphasis on network optimization and risk mitigation.
- Deep understanding of core connectivity protocols and frameworks essential for system interoperability.
- Proficiency with advanced protective technologies and methodologies to safeguard organizational assets.
- Expertise in managing enterprise-grade platforms, ensuring operational continuity and scalability.
- Familiarity with identity and access management systems to streamline user permissions.
- Knowledge of industry-recognized compliance frameworks and best practices for operational integrity.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Professional certifications in relevant technical domains are advantageous.
- Preferred: Experience with distributed computing environments, scripting for automation, centralized monitoring solutions, or virtualized infrastructure technologies.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain interconnected systems to ensure reliability, efficiency, and operational uptime.
- Monitor system performance, proactively diagnosing and resolving issues to uphold optimal functionality.
- Configure and manage critical infrastructure components, including connectivity devices and protective barriers, to meet organizational needs.
- Establish and enforce protocols to mitigate risks and enhance system resilience against internal and external threats.
- Plan and execute enhancements to infrastructure capacity, aligning with strategic growth objectives.
- Deploy and maintain protective measures, conducting regular assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with standards.
- Develop and enforce policies to regulate access and safeguard sensitive data and operations.
- Respond promptly to incidents, conducting thorough analyses to prevent recurrence and strengthen defenses.
- Install, configure, and optimize enterprise platforms, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
- Administer user access frameworks, streamlining permissions and authentication processes.
- Implement robust contingency plans, including data preservation and recovery strategies, to ensure business continuity.
- Provide responsive technical assistance to end-users, addressing hardware and software challenges with clarity and efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and operational processes to support transparency and compliance.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams, consultants, and internal departments to ensure cohesive operations and project success.
- Contribute to strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives, shaping the organization’s technological roadmap.
