Our Billion dollar client is transforming the way they do business and are in need of an experienced Information Technology (IT) Service Leader to oversee help-desk services and lead various IT Service projects.
As the Team Lead, you would:
- Oversee daily help-desk operations
- Manage multiple IT projects
- Lead customer service and team excellence efforts
- Simplify processes and knowledge transfer between team members
- Look for improvements that lead to doing things in a better way over time
