Our Billion dollar client is transforming the way they do business and are in need of an experienced Information Technology (IT) Service Leader to oversee help-desk services and lead various IT Service projects.

As the Team Lead, you would:

  • Oversee daily help-desk operations
  • Manage multiple IT projects
  • Lead customer service and team excellence efforts
  • Simplify processes and knowledge transfer between team members
  • Look for improvements that lead to doing things in a better way over time
If you have extensive IT Management experience, we should talk. There is a lot of room for career growth and long term stability with this opportunity. Again, we will share details early on and look forward to receiving your initial resume.
