We’re expanding our Lone Tree, CO office and looking for motivated recruiters who are eager to grow their career in staffing.

Position Overview
As an Agency Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing highly skilled candidates across various industries. This is a full-time onsite role based in our Lone Tree, CO office. You’ll work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs while building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.

• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure an excellent experience throughout the hiring process.

• Partner with account managers to understand client needs and deliver top talent.

• Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity goals.

• Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or sales experience (agency experience preferred, but not required).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Competitive, driven, and goal-oriented mindset.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

• Familiarity with IT, Engineering, or technical recruiting is a plus.
