We are looking for an IT QA Analyst to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for backend and UI components across web and mobile platforms.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product quality and performance.
• Utilize JIRA to manage defects, track progress, and collaborate with development and business teams.
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate data integrity and backend processes.
• Test APIs for functionality, reliability, and performance using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Document test results, identify issues, and provide recommendations for resolution.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
• Proficiency in JIRA, SQL, and API testing tools.
• Experience with UI testing across web and mobile platforms.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
