Perform the role of Project Manager for one or more teams Leading multiple, simultaneous initiatives or small programs.
Lead the development of business, functional, and technical requirements working with both business and technology stakeholders in preparation of user stories, functional specifications, test plans, and other documentation.
Facilitate the technology teams and the business teams through quality assurance activities to ensure outcomes are achieved (unit testing, systems integration testing, user acceptance testing)
Interact closely with IT and Business teams to communicate status and organize the activities in the initiatives.
Proven track record for successful delivery of projects and working cross functionally with business and information systems/technology.
5+ years of IT Project Management experience, in a software development environment preferably involving cross-team dependencies.
Experience with project management, agile, scrum, and/or lean principles.
Strong understanding of and experience with Software Development Life Cycles, as well as strong project management skills.
Ability to quickly understand the business, facilitate requirements gathering, and communicate the desired outcomes to the technology teams
Experience creating and participating in a Business Analyst community of practice to set the standards for business requirements gathering.
Ability to analyze and prepare written reports on program and project performance using qualitative analyses, and other project techniques.
Ability to remove barriers from production teams (i.e., development, infrastructure, documentation and escalate issues where appropriate).
