Responsibilities
- Create and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Define project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
- Establish and maintain project documentation, including lessons learned and best practices.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across teams to institutionalize project management excellence.
- Deliver and oversee the installation of technology solutions.
- Lead the team in design and development tasks, providing guidance and support.
- Manage risks, scope, and issue resolution processes effectively.
- Optimize resource allocation and manage project portfolio performance.
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and sponsors to maintain strong partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or a related field.
- At least five years of IT project management experience.
- Experience in knowledge management or related certifications is a plus.
- CAPM(PMI) and/or PRINCE2 Foundation certifications or equivalent are required.
- PMP and/or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification are preferred.
- ITIL4 Foundation certification is preferred.
- Proficiency with tools such as ZOHO Projects, Jira or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- This role allows for remote work; however, the candidate must be available to commute to the office when required.
- Candidates should be willing and able to travel for business purposes, with travel requirements potentially reaching up to 10% of the working time per month.
