IT Project Manager for EBS Financial Applications

We are seeking a dedicated IT Project Manager to lead our Finance applications team, focusing on the EBS modules of General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and Accounts Receivable/Credit. This vital role involves overseeing enhancements, supporting current systems, and ensuring the effective adoption of EBS technologies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop strategic roadmaps and lead process improvements, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and compliance. As the first point of contact for IT related to assigned EBS functionalities, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our financial application processes and delivering robust IT solutions.

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead projects within the Finance applications group, focusing on EBS functional areas.
• Manage enhancements, provide support, and promote further adoption of EBS modules.
• Function as an internal consultant, offering guidance and innovative solutions to our business units.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for future upgrades of the EBS financial applications.
• Ensure adherence to IS standards and compliance regulations specifically geared towards audit, disaster recovery, and security.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to develop and support solutions in assigned areas.
• Pursue ongoing learning to keep pace with technological and organizational changes.
• Lead the discovery, planning, and implementation of process improvements.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of practical IT experience, including significant experience with Oracle EBS R12.
• Proven project management skills with a track record of leading small to large scale projects.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to access controlled technology under U.S. regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialized knowledge of EBS Finance functional areas.
• Detailed understanding of Oracle’s EBS R12 architecture and related technologies.
• Experience with Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and SQL.
• Familiarity with IT governance and change management practices.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
