IT Program Manager

Position Summary:
Bull City Talent Group's direct client has an immediate need for a highly organized and strategic IT Program Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple projects related to M&A activity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams towards achieving project milestones.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget
• Engage stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met, and facilitate regular communication and updates
• Develop solution-based approaches to project issues and customer relationship management
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead continuous improvement efforts in all aspects of the project management team
• Prepare and present regular project status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Track program costs and provide monthly reporting

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and drive projects to successful completion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Collaborative mindset, with a focus on building strong relationships and fostering teamwork
• Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Life Science industry experience preferred, though not required
• PMP certification preferred, though not required
