We are looking for an IT Program Manager, Information Security to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee enterprise-level ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
• Manage multiple initiatives within Information Security and Cybersecurity programs, driving risk mitigation and regulatory adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hospital/healthcare environment to ensure secure integration of systems and workflows.
• Develop and maintain program plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Communicate program status, risks, and deliverables to executive stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA, HITRUST, and other healthcare security frameworks.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of program management experience in IT security or cybersecurity domains.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow implementation at an enterprise scale.
• Strong background in Information Security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and risk management.
• Prior experience in hospital or healthcare IT environments is required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
