We are looking for an IT Program Manager to work for our client. This role will lead enterprise-level Epic implementations and optimization projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering high-quality healthcare IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Epic program management across multiple modules, driving successful delivery of complex healthcare IT initiatives
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for Epic implementations and upgrades
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure Epic solutions meet organizational and regulatory requirements
• Provide leadership in risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure compliance with hospital systems standards, HIPAA, and other regulatory frameworks
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement strategies to optimize Epic workflows

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of project/program management experience (flexible for exceptional candidates)
• Proven expertise in Epic – Inpatient with broad module experience (e.g., Willow, Beacon, Dorothy, Ambulatory, Stork, Cupid, Optime, Care Everywhere, CareConnect)
• Strong understanding of hospital systems and healthcare IT environments
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex healthcare setting
