  • Drive the evaluation, RFP, and selection process for a new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform for the Legal team
  • Partner with legal stakeholders to document requirements, evaluate vendors, and recommend fit-for-purpose CLM solutions
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to align business needs with technology capabilities
  • Manage project plans, budgets, timelines, and resources across concurrent initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business owners, technical teams, and external vendors
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality outcomes aligned with business priorities and compliance/regulatory standards

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of program or project management experience, ideally within G&A functions (HR, Legal, Finance).

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills; able to manage multiple complex workstreams
  • Familiarity with data privacy, legal compliance, or HR regulatory standards a plus
  • Previous experience working in regulated industries such as life sciences, healthcare, or financial services
  • Change management or business process optimization experience
  • PMP or similar project/program management certification preferred, though not required.
