We are searching for an IT Network Administrator to join our client’s growing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure
  • Assist computer system users. (Hardware and Software)
  • Respond to user requests and perform triage through resolution for office and plant users
  • Responsible for setting up all hardware and ensuring hardware is connected to the network
  • Track all instances of support by creating IT tickets using ticket-tracking software. Update status of each ticket. Assistance may be conducted in-person for internal users and on the phone for external users
  • Good customer service skills
  • Monitor networking equipment and servers
  • Evaluate connectivity issues, equipment, and software
  • Oversee troubleshooting for system errors
  • Modify configurations, utilities, software, etc.
  • Install, test, and monitor servers, firewalls, and new software
  • Perform data backups
  • Install and update network system improvements
  • Keep inventory of equipment, software, and licenses
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Management, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering or 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with helpdesk or IT support
  • Experience working with network and server management support
  • Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, and upgrades
  • Familiarity with : Cisco products, Network Monitoring Tools, Windows Domain, Active Directory, DNS, Telnet, DHCP, TACACS+, RADIUS, Microsoft Active Directory, and Storage environments
