Our client, a respected and well-established manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to lead technology operations across multiple facilities. This position plays a critical role in driving infrastructure modernization, strengthening cybersecurity, and ensuring seamless day-to-day technology support. Duties

  • Provide leadership and oversight for the organization’s IT operations across multiple locations.

  • Manage hybrid cloud and virtualized environments, including Microsoft Azure, Cisco networking, and related infrastructure.

  • Ensure security, reliability, and high performance across all systems and applications.

  • Develop and implement IT policies, documentation standards, and best practices for operations and cybersecurity.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues, maintaining responsive support for internal users.

  • Partner with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business strategy and long-term objectives.

  • Lead planning and execution for system upgrades, standardization efforts, and IT budgeting.

  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new ERP and enterprise applications.

  • Promote a customer-focused IT culture that balances efficiency with a personable, service-driven approach.

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Access for data analysis and reporting.

  • Experience supporting Microsoft (Azure), Cisco, hybrid cloud, and virtualized server infrastructures.

  • Five or more years of IT experience, including at least two years of team leadership, ideally within a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong internal customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity, data resilience, and disaster recovery best practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred:

  • Experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic reporting or research.

  • Demonstrated skill in writing database queries and generating operational reports.
