The Manager – Oracle Finance will be part of the IT Enterprise Financial Solutions team and focused on deploying and maintaining the Finance solution for the Commercial Vehicle business unit.


Describe the key responsibilities and deliverables that this position is accountable for. Indicate strategic vs. tactical focus.

· Leads the Oracle CV Finance project team.

· Develops and manages relationship with functional and business unit leadership.

· Deploy finance solutions for multiple plants onto Oracle EBS in accordance with the ERP Program timelines and strategies.

· Identifies opportunities to provide value to plant finance, corporate finance, and shared services organizations globally.

· Analyze complex business issues and determine an IT solution.

· Collaborates with business users, multiple internal IT resources, the ERP Project team, and internal audit.

· Manage third party consultants, developers, IT resources, and project team resources.

· Perform additional duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical discipline required.


· Minimum 5 years of experience in a Program/Project Management role focused on data integration and analytics

· Minimum of 10 years of IT experience

· Experience working with business resources, external consultants, requirements gathering, and ERP projects

· Deploying a minimum of 3 full cycle Oracle EBS projects

· Experience in the automotive industry

· Knowledge of Finance Oracle EBS required

· Knowledge of plant finance and shared service organization processes

Language Skills

· English (fluency in reading, writing, and speaking)
