We are looking for an IT M365 Engineer to work for our client, a leading organization leveraging Microsoft cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365 solutions, including Intune, Office 365, and MDM.
• Manage and optimize device compliance, endpoint security, and mobile device policies using Intune.
• Provide administration and support for Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Azure AD.
• Develop automation scripts for user provisioning, device enrollment, and security policy enforcement.
• Ensure compliance with industry security standards and enforce zero-trust policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve M365-related technical issues and escalations.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to enhance identity management and endpoint protection.
• Support hybrid cloud environments and integrate M365 solutions with on-prem infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing Microsoft 365, Intune, and MDM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint security, compliance policies, and identity management.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and configuration management.
• Experience with Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, and security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise environments.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MS-500, or AZ-104) are a plus.
