Responsibilities

• Lead IT integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless system and process alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute integration strategies.
• Oversee software integration projects, focusing on hospital systems and healthcare IT environments.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and InfoSec standards throughout integration activities.
• Manage infrastructure-related tasks to support integration and operational continuity.
• Coordinate planned travel for on-site assessments and stakeholder meetings while primarily working remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT integration leadership, specifically in M&A environments.
• Strong background in hospital systems and healthcare IT.
• Hands-on experience with software integration across complex environments.
• Solid understanding of Cybersecurity/InfoSec principles and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as required for project needs.
