They are currently seeking an Innovation Technology Analyst to work closely with strategy and business leaders to identify and progress innovative initiatives leveraging IT and Operational Technology.
As an Innovation Technology Analyst, together with other team members, you will enable business outcomes across Operating Businesses by introducing new innovative technologies and practices. You will align innovation investments with corporate strategy, focusing on operational excellence and digital transformation and increasing agility through vendor and partner innovation capabilities. You will act as the liaison between Corporate and Operational Business units, technology teams and vendors. At the same time, proactively communicate and collaborate with decision-makers, system owners, and end-users to analyze information needs and functional requirements. You will develop and present complex business cases with a cost analysis to business and IT/OT management. You will research, evaluate and enable new technologies and ideas to determine their potential to grow our various companies.
The Ideal Candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business analysis and architecture with the demonstration of innovation and change management capacity. They will have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft 365) with the ability to determine innovative opportunities and take calculated risks to foster business growth. The successful candidate will present with a strong ability to exchange information from our various Operating Businesses, document and share with the others to promote best practices and known issues using excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and effectively with executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
What will make you stand out:
- Knowledge of SaaS and Cloud platforms is considered an asset;
- Knowledge of Data systems and cybersecurity is an asset;
- English essential. Bilingualism (French and English) is regarded as an asset.
