About Our Client:

This real estate company is looking to hire a full time permanent IT Helpdesk Technician.

Responsibilities:

● Performs on-boarding and off-boarding tasks for all users.
● Inventory management and tracking
● Provide local and remote technical support for both the head office and branch employees via phone, email, chat, and remote log in
● Perform installs, password resets, upgrades, moves, and changes for computer software and printers
● Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support for incoming queries and issues related to any computer systems, hardware, software, and network issues
● Accurately log all client requests in the Service Desk ticketing system
● Provide timely and accurate support to staff, support after hours when needed
● Setup and maintain PBX (Bell) systems
● Communicate with service providers on behalf of the company
● Assistance moving and maintaining workspaces to the cloud base server
● Participate in and contribute to new process documentation and project work
● Identify and suggest possible improvements on internal procedures
● Update operating systems and network devices using patch management software
● Administration of Axis Companion camera system

Requirements:

● 2+ years of IT Helpdesk or IT support role experience
● Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple projects at one time
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Advanced technical knowledge of both Windows and Mac OSX environments and active directory, Microsoft Office 365
● Knowledge of PBX (Bell), Zohodesk ticketing system, Go To Assist remote desktop, Aurora Access Control system/key scan
● Ability to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues
● Strong problem solving and creative thinking ability
