Design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions that drive innovation and operational excellence for one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the U.S.
What you’ll be doing;
As an IT Enterprise Architect, you’ll lead the design of enterprise-wide architecture and drive the adoption of best-in-class technologies across cloud, infrastructure, application, data, and security domains. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to align technical strategy with business objectives, influence high-stakes decisions, and ensure systems can grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable, cloud-first solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP that support millions of transactions, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and performance optimization.
- Define and enforce architectural standards across the enterprise using frameworks like TOGAF and tools like ArchiMate, ensuring technical alignment with business goals and long-term strategy.
- Lead design of secure systems by integrating IAM, Zero Trust principles, encryption protocols, and secure SDLC practices into every solution.
- Build and maintain integration architectures using APIs, microservices, and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Kafka, or Dell Boomi) to enable seamless connectivity across applications.
- Drive DevOps maturity by integrating CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), and automated testing frameworks into delivery teams.
- Develop enterprise-wide technology roadmaps and communicate architecture plans effectively to senior leadership, development teams, and non-technical stakeholders.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies, conducting proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate solutions that improve time to market, reduce costs, or enhance resilience.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Security, Engineering, and Operations teams to align enterprise architecture with product goals and operational realities.
- Assess and onboard vendor solutions to ensure architectural fit, data security, and performance alignment with business and technical requirements.
