Successfully manage both time-sensitive and long-term IT projects.
Foster a “customer first” culture among all IT product/service providers to the Company.
Manage and build high-class technical architecture that support accelerated growth goals.
Manage IT department budget with a high degree of fiscal discipline.
Develop and execute internal and external IT resource plans that support the Company’s high-growth strategy.
Coordinate IT development projects with the Company’s Japan-based parent.
Stay current with state and federal laws related to Information Technology and Cyber Security to ensure Company’s compliance.
Engage as a business partner with the C-Suite Executives and Heads of Department, providing critical feedback relative to Information Technology.
Perform other projects assigned by CFO.
5 or more years of experience in information technology for multi-location restaurant and/or retail businesses.
Understands how to continuously research new information technology and execute its deployment in high-growth organizations.
Communicates confidently with executive management, corporate support personnel, cross-functional peers, and product/services providers at appropriate technical levels for each. Demonstrates ability to articulate business cases for identified technology solutions.
Manages internal and external resources, including vendors and freelancers, to provide cost-effective, value-added software, hardware and network solutions.
