Hopsital IT Director of Enterprise Solutions / Clinical Applications

Job Summary:

The Director of Enterprise Solutions is responsible for successful delivery and management of application solutions that meet the clinical and business needs of our client. This position leads teams of informatics, clinical and allied health systems analysts, revenue and administrative analysts and support staff to accomplish this goal.

The position provides direct support to the CIO in pursuit of the strategic goals of the organization.

This includes:
-scheduling and coordinating implementations
-training
-meetings
-communications
-internal and external resources
-project oversight and direction
-team management
-contracts
-budget and timeline responsibilities
-timely updating of project management documentation, with ultimate results to minimize risk and maximize value.

The Director will provide technical direction on the use of the application and interface with the vendor for support and future direction of the products. The Director combines their knowledge of the healthcare industry, management, and technical skills to achieve optimum results from the Application Team.

REQUIREMENTS:
1) Bachelor of Science degree preferred,
2) License, registration or certification in nursing or related health care field preferred.
3) A minimum of six years of related work experience including management and supervision, preferably in health care and in computer systems implementation,
4) Six years managing Healthcare vendor solutions
