They are currently seeking an Analyst, IT Compliance, to support the IT Compliance Manager in overseeing and executing the global IT compliance program.

As an Analyst, IT Compliance, you will be responsible for the daily implementation of Corporate SOX and IT compliance programs across operating businesses. You will be working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, reporting to management, and ensuring successful execution of IT compliance activities for Corporate Security and Compliance. You will coordinate external and internal audits, including internal meetings with stakeholders, prepare for walkthroughs, coordinate the collection and consolidation of ITGC evidence. You will be responsible for evaluating the adequacy of evidence, responding to findings and creating recommendations. You will help review, align, and improve the Risk and Control Matrices (RCM) and ITGC Narratives across multiple operating businesses and support the delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the IT General Controls SOX program.

The Ideal Candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline with 3-5 years of experience in SOX and IT Compliance or ITGC audits. The Candidate will either hold or be in the process of achieving their professional IT designation (CISA, CISM, CGEIT) or a relevant accounting designation (CPA, CIA). They will possess a strong knowledge of SOX ITGC, COSO, COBIT and PCAOB requirements and be familiar with GRC toolsets. The successful Candidate will have an in-depth understanding of technical concepts and effectively communicate these concepts to management with their excellent oral and written language skills.
