IT Business Systems Analyst - HYBRID - Direct Hire/ FTE

Critical link between our business operations and enterprise systems, playing a pivotal role in optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and supporting the strategic goals of the company. This individual will be responsible for analyzing business needs, translating them into clear functional requirements, and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to implement effective technology solutions. This individual will have the opportunity to lead the transformation of Business Analysis capabilities.

Role require you to be local initially and onsite. There will be the option to work more hybrid as the relationship grows.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
· Collaborate with various departments (e.g., Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales) to understand their systems, business processes, challenges, and information system needs.
· Facilitate business process analysis, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
· Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT teams.
· Work closely with IT teams and super users to ensure technical solutions accurately reflect business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
· Participate in system design, data modeling, and interface design discussions.
· Oversee and actively participate in the implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing systems.
· Lead the development of comprehensive test plans, test cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and quality standards.
· Collaborate with Super Users and other support teams to identify and troubleshoot process, data and system issues, working with IT and vendors to resolve them.
· Support building cost-benefit analyses for proposed solutions and project-level initiatives.
· Facilitate the creation and maintenance of detailed documentation, including business process flows, system specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
· Facilitate training and ongoing support to super-users in support of the adoption of new systems and processes.
· Liaison between business stakeholders and external vendors.
· Participate and often lead project management activities, including scope definition, timeline management, and resource allocation, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred
· Commensurate business process/ technical/ analysis experience will be considered

PREFERRED
· Dynamics Business Central or other ERP experience
· Six Sigma Green Belt
· Business Intelligence and reporting
· Project leadership/ management
