IT BUSINESS PARTNER AND SOLUTION OWNER

The Position:

We are collaborating with a multinational FMCG company that is currently involved in one of the greatest transformation project and, at the same time, they are expanding their business. Therefore, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic IT Business Partner and Solution Owner focused on IBP function in the SAP landscape.

Job Description

The role will have 2 main responsibilities:

Business Applications & Automation

• Support the day-to-day operations of the SAP project platform and related systems in your designated business area, respond to incidents, service and enhancement requests raised by the business
• Manage the SAP solution lifecycle from end to end, in terms of roadmap, architecture, design, technical specifications, maintenance and operations in line with the IT functional and technical requirements. Work closely with the functional BPO / BET and maintain the solution evolution over time.
• Define the SAP solution roadmap in cooperation with the IT Business Partner and the Business Process Owner (BPO/BET)
• Propose technical solutions and evolutions responding to the IT functional and technical requirements expressed through the demand management process
• Lead solution governance and service delivery reviews with your respective business functions and markets, to ensure a quick and efficient resolution of incidents and service request, and delivery of enhancement demand, and achieve a high level of business satisfaction and value
• Maintain the solution documentation repository (functional and technical specifications, procedures, end-user guides and documentation, etc.), Manage the solution evolution over time in terms of modernization, obsolescence and operations cost efficiency
• Continuously improve the SAP / IT solution and identify opportunities from industry trends, actively participate in digital transformation initiatives, e.g., Change Way of Working and AI implementation in the Company.

Project Management

• Coordinate local and international IT projects: planning, follow-up, risk management, and delivery.
• Lead multidisciplinary initiatives with a direct impact on business efficiency.

Education:

• Degree or Engineering qualification in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent relevant work experience

• 8+ years in similar roles within corporate environments.
• 8+ years experience with SAP IBP (or similar advanced planning system) as a Solution expert, Module owner or Functional support role
• Experience with large scale global SAP deployment projects with at least 1 full-cycle implementation completed
• Project management using tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as Azure.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
