Our client is seeking a project manager to provide advanced level planning and project management for information security-related projects – securing personal human resources information for large employee base including retirees.

Position Summary: Plan, document, track, and report on the status and progress of information security projects for the BISM. Work closely with Department staff, vendor-partners, and improve information security technology, policies, standards, processes, and procedures. Develop tools, techniques, and strategies. Knowledge in negotiation and issue resolution would be an asset.

Qualifications:

- Experience analyzing, managing, and leading complex information technology (IT) projects using project management best practice methodologies (e.g. PMI/PMBOK, Waterfall, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Experience conducting surveys, interviews, site visits, etc. with key business, management, and technical staff to identify and document business requirements for projects.
- Business analysis experience
