INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTION MANAGER

You will lead the on-site deployment of an operational model across multiple global manufacturing sites. The mission is to empower local teams, enhance capabilities, and drive operational excellence and autonomy in production environments.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting diagnostics at each site and defining tailored action plans
• Developing and coaching local teams
• Promoting ownership and continuous improvement initiatives
• Leading efficiency and transformation programs

Ideal profile:

• Engineer with 7–10 years of experience in industrial production or operations
• Background in the food industry or FMCG is highly valued
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel globally up to 80% – for example, being away Monday to Friday within Europe, or 2–3 consecutive weeks when traveling to Asia
• Position based in Barcelona, reporting directly to the Global Industrial Director
