INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS PROCESS OWNER-SUPPLY CHAIN

The Position:
We are collaborating with a multinational FMCG company who is currently involved in one of the greatest transformation project and, at the same time, they are expanding their busines. Therefore, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic BPO Supply Chain, to build our Business Enhancement Team.
The BPO acts as a key driver of Supply Chain transformation across countries live on SAP S4. The role owns and steers end‑to‑end Supply Chain business processes within the live S4 communities, ensuring that the core model is adopted, continuously improved and delivers business value.
The BPO serves as the primary interface between Group IT and local subsidiaries, closely partnering with local process champions (PCs) and works collaboratively alongside the BPOs in the project track. The BPO is an integral element of the governance and new demand process, working alongside Group IT and local PCs . As the first point of contact via ServiceNow (alongside Group IT), the role provides day‑to‑day guidance, support and advice, while promoting process excellence and capability building across markets.
Key responsibilities:
- Steers the continuous quality monitoring and improvement and coordinates new business requirements and recommends enhancements to the template.
- Continuous training of the business, sharing best practice across the PC “communities” and provision of documentation and process. Communicate and train relevant template changes
- Responsible for post hyper care defect resolution and local team support for SD/MM
- Ensure standardization in template governance as new local requirements come up. Ensure approval/business case of new developments via governance track.
- Represent BPO thinking in governance processes
- Involved in testing (regression and new processes) and training local subsidiaries for new processes. As well as communicating project changes for the workstream.
- IT & LICs general controls & compliance support
- Collaborate with the BI team for new needs from the business
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience Required:
Education: Relevant academic background, e.g. in business, industry management and/or supply chain
Languages: Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
Professional/technical experience:
- Min. 10 years of relevant experience
- 10 years experience in a team-leading role
- Extensive experience in distribution and MM aspects, in both an organizational and operating context
- Strong user knowledge and +10 years experience in SAP SD & MM, preferably complimented by experience with SAP implementations
Business & Technical Skills:
- Technical SAP experience
- Distribution expertise
- Process experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of program governance tools and methodologies
Travel requirements:
This role will likely require a 10%-20% commute structure depending on project phases.
