Its 350+ bed acute care facility offers a full range of inpatient and outpatient medical, surgical and specialty programs. Services include cancer, cardiology and cardiac rehabilitation, emergency, medical imaging, orthopedic and joint replacement, spine and pain management, stroke, vascular and a Wound Care Clinic, among other services.

Under the direction of the VP Professional Services, the clinical manager has primary responsibility for the implementation of the vision, plans and standards of the organization and nursing services within the Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology. Provides daily interaction with physicians in developing and fostering collaborative and partnership oriented relationships.

Requires:

 

• BS/BA in healthcare related field
• Current CA RN license and BCLS and ACLS certificates
• CCRN preferred;
• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab and/or Interventional Radiology management experience; demonstrated clinical competence in relevant area of nursing practice; demonstrated leadership ability and managerial competency - evidence of this includes, but is not limited to - effective communication skills; ability to deal well with people; ability to problem solve; ability to confront/resolve issues; ability to motivate others; ability to plan, organize and direct the activities of others; knowledge of state and federal regulations; knowledge of California Nurse Practice Act.
