INNOVATION PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for a Innovation Project Manager for a Pharmaceutical company based in Madrid, with a passion for digital innovation and business process optimization with more tan 5 years of experience in digital project management. In this role, you will collaborate closely with department leaders to identify opportunities for improvement through digital solutions and ensure their successful implementation. Key Responsibilities

Process Analysis:

• Work with internal teams to understand workflows and identify automation and optimization opportunities.
• Detect key areas where digitalization can enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Solution Design & Implementation:

• Develop digital strategies aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define functional and technical specifications.
• Coordinate the execution of digital solutions, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Project Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute digital initiatives in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee each phase of the project, from conception to implementation.
• Ensure on-time delivery within the established budget.

Training & Support:

• Promote the adoption of digital tools across the organization.
• Provide training and assistance to teams to maximize the effective use of implemented solutions.

Strategic Collaboration:

• Work with IT teams and other departments to ensure the integration and compatibility of new solutions with existing systems.
• Identify synergies across departments to develop cross-functional digital solutions.

Required Profile

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital project management.
• Valuable: Experience in consulting, especially in process optimization or digital transformation.

Technical Knowledge:

• Experience in process automation and digitalization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).
• Knowledge in digital solution development and implementation.
