Injection Mold Shop Supervisor - Tupelo, MS

Our client is seeking an experienced Injection Mold Shop Supervisor to lead mold repair, maintenance, and continuous improvement in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years of mold shop or tooling leadership experience (automotive preferred)

• Strong knowledge of plastic injection molds, hot runners, and cooling systems

• Experience with CNC, EDM, mold repair, and troubleshooting

• Proven ability to lead teams, prioritize work, and solve problems

Hands-on leadership role with direct impact on uptime, quality, and production performance.
