Ready to step into an ICU Manager role where you can truly make an impact? Our client, a 200-bed independent, non-profit Level III Trauma hospital in Ohio, is expanding its ICU to 20 beds and seeking a transformational and inspirational ICU Nurse Manager to lead the way.
This isn’t just about managing schedules - it’s about shaping the future of a high-acuity unit that cares for some of the sickest patients in the region. We are seeking a leader who will:

Manage day to day operations for a 20 bed ICU (Med/Surg and CV) and lead a team of 70 FTEs with support from dedicated Assistant RN Managers and a planned ICU Educator
- Strengthen engagement and morale by building trust, accountability, and professional growth

Work alongside a visible, hands-on leadership team that’s committed to giving you the resources to succeed
